TPU 95A ESD
TPU 95A ESD is a thermoplastic polyurethane compound for flexible molded parts that require static control without rigid fiber reinforcement. The dCNT-filled elastomer provides 1.10E10 ohm surface resistance, 737.1% elongation at break, 26.1 MPa tensile strength, good surface finish, and low foreign particulate matter generation for soft covers, handling fixtures, and flexible ESD interfaces.

Processing
- Line card processing temperature: 200 C.
- Drying time: 12 hours at 80 C.
