TPC 95A EMI
TPC 95A EMI is a thermoplastic copolyester elastomer compound for molded EMI seals, flexible RF shields, connector components, and electronics protection hardware. It provides the highest 28 GHz shielding response in the current elastomer line card, with 55.24 dB/cm total shielding and 47.9 dB/cm absorbed shielding, plus higher tensile modulus than the TPU EMI grade.

Usage Guide
Processing
- Line card processing temperature: 180 C.
- Drying time: 12 hours at 80 C.
Qualification
- Recommended when EMI response and elastomer processability are both required.
